| 摘 要： | 本文应用三种不同修复体对６例部分上颌骨切除术后的上颌缺损进行修复。修复后作健侧和修复侧（三种修复体）的咀嚼效率测定，并作１～４年临床跟踪观察，结果表明，软村接触式阻塞器明显优于非接触式或硬性接触式阻塞器。软衬接触式阻塞器能明显提高病人的咀嚼效率，减轻健侧牙负担，减缓硬腭吸收，防止颞下颌关节（ＴｍＪ）损伤和面部畸形的产生。

| Abstract: | The present study applied three different restoring body for 6 cases patial maxilloctomy ppatients make repair. After repair masticatory efficiency at repair side and sound side respectively were examined, patients were followed to observe for 1-4 years. Results show: soft lining contacting fashan blocker obviously superiorer than non-contacting fashan blocker or hard contacting fashan blocker.Soft lining contacting fashan blocker can obviously rises masticatory efficieney,reduces bear of the health side dentition, retard absorb of palatal bone, prevent damage of the temporomandibular joint and facial malform a tion produce. |
