| 摘 要： | 目的探讨海战救护中提商留置导尿术护理技术操作时效的有效方法。方法采用快速法和常规法对60名男性患者实施留置导尿术，对两种方法所用时间和尿道口黏膜细菌培养结果进行对比。结果采用两种操作方法所用时间具有显著性差异，快速法用时明显缩短；尿道口黏膜细菌培养结果无差异。结论快速留置导尿法用于海战伤员的救护，既可提高海战救护时效，也可保证消毒效果：

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate efficient ways of nursing care in marine operations. Methods we used a fast way and the regular way to indwell urethral catheters in 60 male patients. The used time and the bacterial culture from the mucous membrane of the meatus urinarius were compared between the two ways. Results The fast way of urethral catheterization used significantly less time than the regular way. There was no significant difference in bacterial culture between the two ways. Conclusion The fast way to indwell urethral catheters can improve nursing care efficiency and ensure effectiveness of sterilization. |
