社会交往技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生存质量的影响

目的观察社会交往技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生存质量的影响。方法按随机数字表将慢性精神分裂症患者82例分为观察组(40例)和对照组(42例)。对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗和传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上予为期12周的社会交往技能培训。在治疗和护理前及12周后,采用大体评定量表、阳性与阴性症状评定量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表分别对两组患者进行评定。结果治疗和护理12周后,大体评定量表评分观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;阳性与阴性症状评定量表总分、阳性症状、阴性症状、一般症状评分观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表总分、生理、心理、社会和环境领域上的得分观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论社会交往技能训练能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的生存质量。

Effect of social skill training on quality of life for patients with chronic schizophrenia

Objective To observe the effect of social skill training on quality of life for patients with chronic schizophre nia. Method Divide 82 patients with chronic schizophrenia into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=42） by random number table. Patients in control group receive antipsychotic drugs and routine nursing care. Patients in observation group receive 12 weeks＇ social skill training based on routine drugs and care. Assess patients in two groups by Global As- sessment Function （GAF） Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale--Brief Form Questionnaire （WHOQOL--BREF） before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment and nursing care. Result The total score of PANS.S, scores of positive syndrome, negative syndrome, general syndrome and complement syn drome are lower in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant. Score of GAF is higher in observa- tion group than in control group. The difference is significant. The total score of WHOQOL--BREF and mental, physical, social, environmental scores are higher in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant. Conclusion Social skill training can improve quality of life for patients with chronic schizophrenia.
