阿司匹林和低分子肝素合用对脑梗死患者凝血功能影响的研究

目的研究阿司匹林和低分子肝素合用对脑梗死患者凝血功能的影响。方法选择我院经头颅CT证实的脑梗死患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组单独服用阿司匹林0.1g,一天一次,观察组服用阿司匹林0.1g加低分子肝素5000单位,皮下注射每12h注射1次,治疗10d。观察用药前后凝血酶原时间(PT),部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),纤维蛋白原(FIB),血小板计数(PLT)的变化。结果对照组服药前后无明显变化。观察组服药前后PT、FIB及PLT的变化无统计学差异(P>0.05),但APTT的变化有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林和低分子肝素合用对脑梗死患者APTT有影响,但对其他凝血功能无明显的影响。

Aspirin and Low Molecular Heparin on Coagulation Function of Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective To study of aspirin and low molecular heparin in patients with cerebral infarction coagulation effect.Method Choose my courtyard by CT scan confirmed 100 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group aspirin alone in 0.1g,once a day,the observation group aspirin 0.1g plus low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection of 5000 units,each 12 hours 1 injections,treatment for 10 days.Observed on the prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,fibrinogen（FIB）,platelet count（PLT） changes.Results In the control group had no significant change before and after treatment.The observation group before and PT,FIB and PLT changes had no statistical difference（P0.05）,but APTT changes were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin and low molecular heparin on cerebral infarction patients could affect APTT,but for other coagulation function without obvious effect.
