心理护理干预对乳腺癌切除术后患者的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对乳腺癌切除术后患者的护理影响。方法选择我院2009年1月至2011年12月行乳腺癌切除术患者58例,将上述患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施乳腺癌切除术后常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施个性化心理护理干预。连续干预2周后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者干预前和干预后进行心理状态评定。通过自编护理满意度调查表行调查问卷。结果观察组干预后焦虑和抑郁评分分别与对照组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.5%,对照组护理满意度为72.4%,两组护理满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能够显著改善乳腺癌切除术后患者不良心理状态,利于术后康复,护理效果显著。

The Effect of the Psychological Nursing Intervention on Patients who have Received Mastocarcinoma Resection

Objective To study the effect of the psychological nursing intervention on patients who have received mastocarcinoma resection. Methods We chose fifty-eight patients who underwent resection for breast cancer from January 2009 to December 2011, and randomly divided them into two groups： one was called the observation group and the other was called the control group. Cases of control group that underwent resection for breast cancer received conventional care while the observation group implemented a kind of personalized psychological nursing intervention as well as conventional care. After two weeks＇ trial intervention, we adopted SAS and SDS to evaluate the patients＇ psychological state before and after the intervention. A survey was made to investigate the satisfaction degree of nursing. Results There is significant differences （P〈0.05） between the scores of anxiety and depression after intervention of the two group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.5%, and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 72.4%, there is significant differences （P〈0.05） between the comparison of the two groups. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention can significantly imorove the negative osvcbological states of the breast cancer oatients, It is zood for recovery and has oronounced nursing effect.
