血液净化疗法治疗急性肾损伤的研究进展

急性肾损伤(AKI)是指不超过3个月的肾脏功能或结构方面的异常,包括血、尿、组织检测等方面的肾损伤标志物的异常。其发生率逐年增高,治疗方法主要是血液净化疗法和药物治疗,目前仍以血液净化疗法为主,即以腹膜透析、血液透析、血液滤过、血液透析滤过、连续性肾脏替代疗法、血液灌流及血浆置换疗法为主。该文就血液净化疗法治疗AKI的研究进展予以综述,以期探讨急性肾损伤的有效血液透析疗法。

Research Progress in Blood Purification Treatment for Acute Kidney Injury

Acute kidney injury refers to kidney function or structural abnormity of no more than 3 months,including the abnormality of blood,urine,tissueor imagingrenal injury markers.Its incidence has increased year by year,and the main treatments include blood purification and medication,with the former as the major treatment,i.e.peritoneal dialysis,hematodialysis,hemofiltration,hemodiafiltration,continuous renal replacement therapy,hemoperfusion,and plasma exchange therapy.Here is to make a review on the latest studies of blood purification method for acute kidney injury,so as to explore the effective hemodialysis therapy.
