某院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动措施及成果分析

目的观察对比我院抗菌药物专项整治前后围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用情况,并将结果进行对比分析。方法调查我院2010年1月至2011年12月抗菌药物围手术期预防性使用情况。其中2010年未进行抗菌药物的专项整治,2011年我院进行了围手术期抗菌药物专项整治,对比患者院内感染的发生率、患者医疗费用和不良事件的发生率。结果通过专项整治后,2011年我院患者感染率未增加,患者医疗费用降低,其不良事件发生率减少。结论通过对抗菌药物专项整治后,我院抗菌药物使用更加合理,有助于降低院内感染发生率,降低患者的医疗费用,并有助于降低药物相关性不良事件。

Clinical Application of Antibiotics in a Hospital is Special Punish Activity Measures and Results Analysis

Objective To observe the comparison of antibacterial drugs in our hospital before and after the operation of special rectification period of prophylactic use of antibacterial agents,and the results were compared and analyzed.Methods A survey in our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 in December during the operation period of preventive antibacterial drugs usage.Which in 2010 was not antimicrobial special rectification,2011 in our hospital were in operation of antibacterial drugs for special rectification,in contrast to patients with nosocomial infection incidence,medical expense and incidence of adverse events.Results Through the special rectification,2011 in our hospital infection rate did not increase patients with lower medical costs,the adverse event rate reduction.Conclusion The antibacterial drug special rectification,use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is more reasonable,helps to reduce the nosocomial infection rate,reduce the medical cost of the patients,and contribute to reducing drug related adverse events.
