手部骨筋膜室综合征62例报告

目的 :观察 62例手部骨筋膜室综合征 (OFCS)早期给予 2 0 %甘露醇静滴脱水降压或早期行深筋膜切开减压的疗效及意义。方法 :回顾性分析 62例手部压榨伤患者中 ,45例于OFCS早期行深筋膜切开减压 ,14例于早期给予 2个剂量的 2 0 %甘露醇静滴脱水降压 ,3例未及时做减压治疗的结果。结果 :62例中 3例未及时行减压治疗者最终发生缺血性肌挛缩 ,而早期行深筋膜切开减压或给予 2 0 %甘露醇静注脱水减压治疗的 5 9例患者手部肿胀消退 ,功能正常。结论 :当手部压榨伤患者出现手部肿胀、患指不能主动活动、被动活动时剧痛 ,应考虑OFCS ,并尽早行减压治疗 ,切开减压应遵循宁早勿迟的原则。早期给予 2 0 %甘露醇静注可使部分病人免于手术

Sixty-two cases of palm osseous fascia compartment syndrome

Objective:Sixty two cases of palm osseous fascia compartment syndrome(OFCS) were observed by 20% mannitol (iv,gtt) or carved profunda fascia in early.Methods:Analysis retrospectively 62 cases of palm OFCS:45 cases were carved profunda fascia in early,14 cases were droped 20% mannitol,3 cases without any decompression.Results:3 cases without any decompression were arised ischemic contracture ,and other 59 cases with carving or droping 20% mannitol were healed.Conclusion:When palm were pressed become tumefaction,fingers could not extend and were extended with pain,OFCS should be considered.These cases should be carved profunda fascia duly.
