| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨辛香颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎理论依据。方法：用抗血清致大鼠被动皮肤过敏，二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀等动物模型和方法。结果：辛香颗粒对被动皮肤过敏大鼠有明显保护作用。能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀，具有较好的抗炎作用。结论：辛香颗粒对过敏性鼻炎有一定的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expeimental data for Xinxiang granules to cure allergic rhinitis. Methods:The models of passive skin irritability of rats caused by antiserum and ear tumefaction of mice caused by dimethylbenzene xylene were employed.Results:It show that Xinxiang granules have protective function to rats of passive skin irritability, can retrain ear tumefaction of mice, and have good anti-imflammatory effect.Conclusion:Xinxiang granules have some curing effect on the allergic rhinitis. |
