摘    要:目的建立测定司帕沙星片中的司帕沙星含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法采用C18(46×250mm,5μ)色谱柱,流动相枸橼酸缓冲液-乙腈(6535),流速1ml·min-1,检测波长298nm。结果司帕沙星对照品的线性范围为5.0~25μg·ml-1,r=0.9999,回收率为100.2%,相对标准差为0.33%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective To develop a rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination ofSparfloxacin in Sparfloxacin tablet. Methods C18(46 × 250 mm,5μ)column was adopted in the determination. The mobile phase was cit-ric acid buffer-acetonitrile (65: 35). The flow rate is 1 ml· min- 1. The UV detector wavelength was set at 298 nm. Result The standardcurve of sparfloxacin is linear in the concentration range of 0.5 ~ 25μg·ml-1. The correlation coefficient is 0.999 9.The average recoveryrate is 100.2% and relative standard is 0.33%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple , sensitive , accurate and has been applied toquality control of sparfloxacin.
