| 摘 要： | 急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是最常见的消化系统重症之一,轻度急性胰腺炎(mild acute pancreatitis,MAP)、中度重症急性胰腺炎(moderate severe acute pancreatitis,MSAP)病死率低,但重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)预后差、病死率高,因而早期识别SAP对AP患者是很重要的。本文将现有的AP相关评分系统的研究现状作一概述。
