| 摘 要： | 功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia, FD)的发生与胃肠道动力异常、内脏高敏感性、精神心理因素、胃肠黏膜炎症、局部免疫功能异常及肠道菌群改变等相关,上述机制均与脑-肠轴异常有关,脑-肠轴异常在FD发病机制中具有重要地位。
