粘贴式负压冲洗在脓肿型颈部淋巴结结核中的应用研究

目的探讨粘贴式负压冲洗在脓肿型颈部淋巴结结核中的应用效果。方法将脓肿型颈部淋巴结结核患者60例,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组行粘贴式负压冲洗,对照组行传统切开搔刮后纱条引流换药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术情况、术后复发率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组切口长度、愈合时间、住院时间较短,换药次数、治疗费用较少,术后复发率、并发症总发生率较低(均P<0.05)。结论对脓肿型颈部淋巴结结核患者行粘贴式负压冲洗的效果显著,具有切口短、换药次数少、愈合快、恢复快、复发率和并发症发生率的等优势。

Application of adhesive vacuum irrigation in abscess type of cervical lymphatic tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the application effect of adhesive vacuum irrigation in abscess type of cervical lymphatic tuberculosis.Methods Sixty patients with abscess type of cervical lymphatic tuberculosis were selected and divided into observation group or control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with adhesive vacuum irrigation,whereas the control group were treated with gauze drainage and dressing change after traditional incision and scratch.The clinical efficacy,surgical status,postoperative recurrence rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate(93.33%vs.73.33%),shorter length of the incision,healing time,hospital stays,less dressing times and treatment expense,as well as lower postoperative recurrence rate and the total complications incidence(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adhesive vacuum irrigation has an obvious effect on abscess type of cervical lymphatic tuberculosis.It has the advantages of short incision,less times of dressing change,fast healing and recovery,as well as low recurrence rate and complications incidence.
