| 摘 要： | 脑卒中后睡眠障碍为现代康复面临的难题,中医药治疗该病疗效确切,利于神经康复。系统把握病因病机是中医辨证施治的前提,通过文献梳理得出本病病机为营卫脏气失衡、气血逆乱、神失所司。治疗上应平调营卫脏气,和气血,安神为治则,方能心脑神安、昼精夜瞑。

| Abstract: | Post-stroke sleep disorder is a difficult problem in modern rehabilitation. Traditional Chinese medicine is effective and conducive to nerve rehabilitation. The etiology and pathogenesis is the premise of TCM,the pathogenesis are yingwei and zangqi imbalance,qi blood confrontation,mind disorders. Counterpoising ying wei and zangqi,qi blood,the mind and day-night is order. |
