| 摘 要： | 目的检测叉头框因子A2(forkhead box A2, FOXA2)和钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在正常结肠黏膜、结肠腺瘤及结肠腺癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其在结肠癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法收集内蒙古医科大学第三附属医院结肠组织活检标本90例,根据病理分为正常对照组、结肠腺瘤组、结肠癌组各30例。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测FOXA2和E-cadherin在各组织中的表达水平。结果 FOXA2、E-cadherin在正常对照组、结肠腺瘤组及结肠癌组中的相对表达水平逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在正常对照组、结肠腺瘤组及结肠癌组中FOXA2与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 FOXA2和E-cadherin基因可能与结肠癌发生密切相关,通过协同作用共同作用于结肠黏膜细胞,联合检测二者的表达有助于早期诊断结肠癌,可能为基因治疗提供新靶点。
