常温及低温体外循环术后患者的体温观察

目的　观察常温及低温体外循环术后患者的体温变化 ,采取相应的护理对策。方法　 1 6 0例心脏手术患者分为低温组及常温组 ,术后采用监护仪肛温探头持续测量体温并进行对比观察。结果　常温组患者体外循环术后体温变化幅度小 ,未发生寒战、肢端僵硬、室颤等 ;低温体外循环术后患者体温变化范围大 ,易出现寒颤、体温不升及体温反跳。结论　维持体温稳定是确保体外循环术后患者顺利渡过危险期的关键。

Postoperative Temperature Observation in Patients undergoing Extracorporeal Circulation under Normal Temperature and Low Temperature

Objective To observe temperature change after extracorporeal circulation under normal temperature and low temperature and explore nursing strategies in this setting.Methods 160 patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation were divided into two groups:normal temperature group and low temperature group. Body temperature was monitored continuously with a rectal temperature probe.Results There was little postoperative temperature change in the normal temperature group without chills, acro-rigidity and ventricular fibrillation occurring, while temperature varied more greatly in the low temperature group where chills, no rise of temperature or temperature rebound were more likely.Conclusion Maintaining stability of body temperature is the key link of ensuring patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation to pull over the postoperative critical stage.
