| 摘 要： | 目的研究清热抗感冲剂及其含药血清体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用。方法通过细胞培养,采用观察细胞病变(CPE)和活细胞染色计数法(MTT),观察清热抗感冲剂及其含药血清在Hep-2细胞中抑制RSV的作用。结果清热抗感冲剂及其含药血清具有不同程度抑制RSV病毒复制作用,其半数中毒浓度(TC50)分别为4760μg/mL、1/4.35稀释度;半数有效浓度(IC50)为178μg/mL、1/54稀释度;治疗指数分别为26.7、12.3。结论清热抗感冲剂及其含药血清具有抑制RSV在Hep-2细胞内复制的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the antivirus function in vitro of Mixture by researching its effect on inhibiting RSV, Methods The Hep-2 cells were cultured. Qingre Kanggan Mixture effect on inhibiting RSV was studied by observing CPE and counting cells with MTT assay, Results Qingre Kanggan Mixture and the serum with this drug can inhibit the replication of RSV in different degree, The IC50 and the dilution rate is 178 pg/mL and 1/54. The TI is 26,7 and 12,3 respectively, Conclusion Qingre Kanggan Mixture and the serum with this drug can inhibit the replication of RSV in the Hep-2 cells. |
