| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究脑乐静口服液质量控制方法。方法 :运用双波长薄层扫描法对该制剂中甘草次酸的含量进行测定。结果 :本方法的平均回收率为 94.71% ,RSD为 3.0 %。结论 :本法准确、可靠、重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study a method of quality control for Naolejing oral liquid.METHODS:Dual wavelength TLC Scanning was used for the content determination of glycyrrhetic acid in this preparation.RESULTS:The average recovery was 94.71%and the RSD was 3.0%.CONCLUSION:This method could be used as an quality control because of its accuracy,dependability and good reproducibility. |
