| 摘 要： | 目的 :制定平喘止咳胶囊的质量标准。方法 :采用 TL C法对平喘止咳胶囊的主要中药材款冬花、法半夏进行了定性鉴别 ,并用紫外分光光度法测定了款冬花中的主要有效成分—芦丁的含量。结果 :芦丁的平均含量为 4.12 % ,RSD为 1.79 ;加样提取回收率 98.5 ,RSD为 1.14 ;精密度 RSD为 2 .5 3 ;回归方程 :Y=38.0 1X+ 0 .0 44 30 ,r=0 .996 0 ,线性范围 :4.748× l0 - 3 ～ 7.5 97× l0 - 2 mg/ m 1。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,成本低 ,结果准确 ,可靠 ,可作为平喘止咳胶囊的质量控制方法

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:The quality standards of Pingchuan Zhike capsules was studied in this paper.METHODS:To identify Flos farfarae and Rhizoma Pinelliae priparata of Pingchuan Zhike capsules by TLC,and UV method was used to determine the Rutin content of Flos farfarae.RESULTS:The average recover was 98.5%with RSD was 1.14%,and the accuracy was good with r=0.9960,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.748×10 -3 ～7.597×10 -2 mg.ml -1 .CONCLUSION:The method was simple,repeat and good accurate result.It could be used as an quality content method of Pingchuan Zhike capsules. |
