广西医疗机构消毒隔离与医院感染管理研究

目的了解广西各级医疗机构消毒隔离与医院感染管理现状,提高医院感染管理水平。方法采用抽样调查方法对本辖区内33所市、县、乡三级医疗机构进行医院感染管理现状调查与消毒效果监测。结果市级医疗机构管理较规范。县、乡级医疗机构在感染管理组织、专业知识培训、职业防护、消毒灭菌设施、医疗废物及污水处理、胃镜室消毒管理、微生物室消毒处理等方面措施落实不到位。乡镇卫生院未开展消毒效果的常规监测。各级医院的室内空气、医护人员手、紫外线灯辐射强度监测合格率依次为64.29%、86.13%、69.77%。结论基层医院对感染管理工作重视不够,管理组织、制度、措施落实有待完善,需加强消毒效果的常规监测,改善消毒设施条件。

STUDY ON SITUATION OF DISINFECTION ISOLATION, MANAGEMENT OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF GUANGXI

Objective To understand the present situation of disinfection,isolation and management of nosocomial infection n medical institutions at all levels in Guangxi and to improve the level of management of nosocomial infection.Methods Field investigation was carried on to survey the present situation of management of nosocomial infection and the efficacy of disinfection in 33 medical institutions at three levels of city,county and village in the jurisdiction.Results The management in municipal medical institutions was standardized.In the medical institutions at the county and village levels,the measures in the aspects of infection control organization,training of professional knowledge,occupational protection,disinfection and sterilization facilities,medical waste and sewage disposal,the management of disinfection in gastroscope room and disinfection of the microorganism room and so on were not fully implemented.Health centers of villages and towns had not carried out routine monitoring of efficacy of disinfection.The qualified rates of indoor air,hand hygiene and the radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps were 64.29%,86.13% and 69.77% respectively in hospitals at all levels.Conclusions In the basic-level hospitals,it is not enough to pay attention to the management of nosocomial infection.Management organization,the system and measures need to be improved,routine monitoring of disinfection efficacy must be strengthened and the conditions of disinfection facilities must be improved.
