| 摘 要： | 书写性医疗纠纷是一类特殊的医疗纠纷。该类医疗纠纷在治疗上并不存在失误,纠纷仅因书写问题造成。书写性医疗纠纷根据不同的发生原因,可以划分为偶发性和系统性两大类,而现阶段应特别注意系统性的书写性医疗纠纷。为了防范该类纠纷发生,医疗部门需要在有关可能发生这类情况的运行环节,对以往习惯做法进行必要修改。

| Abstract: | Medical dissension caused by poor documentation is a special one in various medical dissensions. Its character is that there is no problem in the treatment but in the documentation. Usually, It is caused by occasional or systemic poor documentations. The latter is imperative at the present. To prevent this kind of medical dissension, the medical administration should do necessary revision to the habits existed at the links in which the problems is eady to happen. |
