葡萄糖酸钙剂对择期剖宫产产后出血的干预作用

目的:研究葡萄糖酸钙对预防择期剖宫产产后出血的有效性及安全性。方法: 对172例患者采用随机对照的方法进行研究。研究组术前30min静脉滴注10%葡萄糖酸钙10ml, 对照组静脉滴注生理盐水100ml, 分别于术中胎儿娩出时、术后2h、术后4h测定血清钙离子的浓度, 并观察产后出血的发生比例和出血量。结果: 研究组在术中胎儿娩出时、术后2h、术后4h的血清钙浓度显著高于对照组; 研究组发生产后出血5例, 占6. 02%, 对照组13例, 占14 .61%; 研究组的平均出血量为230±21. 64ml, 对照组为350±30 .75ml。各项指标均具统计学意义。结论: 10%葡萄糖酸钙对择期剖宫产产后出血的作用明显, 未见明显副作用。

Intervention effect of calcium gluconate on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section

Objective:To explore the preventive efficacy and safety of calcium gluconate on postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods:172 patients were investigated with random control method.The patients in investigation group were intravenous instilled 10% calcium gluconate 10 ml before operation; ones in control group were intravenous instilled 100 ml physiological saline solution. Serum calcium ion concentrations were determined at perioperation, 2 and 4 h after operation to observe the occurring ratio of postpartum hemorrhage and amount of bleeding.Results:Serum calcium ion concentration in investigation group of perioperation, 2 and 4 h after operation were significantly higher than that of control group; there were 5 cases with postpartum hemorrhage in investigation group accounting for 6.02%; there were 13 cases with postpartum hemorrhage in control group accounting for 14.61%; average amount of bleeding in investigation group was 230±21.64 ml, that of control group was 350±30.75 ml. There was significant difference in every index.Conclusion:10% of calcium gluconate could play an obvious role without visible side effect in postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.
