急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后护理干预的效果评价

目的探讨系统护理干预措施对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后康复的影响。方法选择AMI行PCI术患者60例,随机分为实验组与对照组各30例,实验组在患者行PCI术后即实施系统的护理干预措施,包括康复锻炼、健康教育、心理护理;对照组按护理常规护理。采用Barthel指数对患者护理前后日常生活活动(ADL)能力评分,采用抑郁量表进行护理前后的心理状态评测,采用6min步行试验(6-MWT)测定护理后运动能力,将两组数据进行比较。结果实验组护理干预后ADL评分、心理评定及6-MWT结果与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论系统护理干预措施能明显提高患者日常生活活动能力和运动能力,改善心理状态。

The Effect of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI Nursing Intervention

Objective To investigate the rehabilitated influence of patients with acute myocardial infarction and accepted systematic nursing intervention after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI).Methods Choosing 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction who accepted percutaneous coronary intervention,divide into experimental group and control group random 30. The experimental group enforce systematic nursing care measure intervention after percutaneous coronary intervention right now,including rehabilitation exercise,health education,mental nursing. The control group take routine nursing care. Adopting Barthel exponent to evaluate the patients anterior and posterior ADL of nursing care. A adopting depression scale to evaluate the patients mental state anterior and posterior; apply 6-MWT to determine the motor capacity after nursing care,take two sets data to compare.Results There is significance difference in the two group when compared their ADL score,mental state and 6-MWT(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic nursing care measure intervention can increase the patients,daily and motor capacity and improve mental state obviously.
