代谢综合征病人高敏C反应蛋白与靶器官损害的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及其与靶器官损害的关系。方法:选择110例MS患者(MS组)与22例健康体检者(正常对照组),全部受试者在入院查体时根据标准方法测量:腰围、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG),采用免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP水平,同时测定颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)作为判断是否存在MS靶器官损害的指标,分析hs-CRP水平与各代谢参数的关系。结果:(1)MS组血浆hs-CRP水平明显高于正常对照组。(2)相关分析显示MS受试者中hs-CRP与腰围、DBP、SBP、TG、FBG、IMT、LVMI和UAER呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。当hs-CRP水平升高时,可增加靶器官损害的程度。结论:MS血浆hs-CRP水平与靶器官损害程度相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with metabolic syndrome and target organ damages. Methods: The diagnosis of metabolic syndrome (MS) in 110 patients were established. There were 22 cases in normal control. The waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), fasting blood glucose (FBG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), lipids, and plasma hs-CRP levels were measured in all participants. The left ventricular mass index (LVMI), intimamedia thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were examined. Then we observed the plasma levels of hs-CRP in each group and observed the factors that had influence on hs-CRP. Results: (1) Hs-CRP in group MS was obviously higher than that in normal control (P<0.05). (2) There were significantly positive correlations between hs-CRP and waist circumference, SBP, DBP, TG, FBG (P<0.05), and significantly negative correlations between hs-CRP and HDL-C (P<0.05). There were significantly positive correlations between hs-CRP and LVMI, IMT, UAER (P<0.01). Conclusions: The plasma levels of hs-CRP was closely related to the target organ damages in patients with metabolic syndrome.
