| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粘膜剥除式阑尾切除术的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析1996年至2006年10月67例粘膜剥除式阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果本组67例平均手术时间40min,全部病例治愈,无术后并发症发生。结论粘膜剥除式阑尾切除术,具有操作简便,创伤小,手术时间短,术后恢复快,并发症少的优点,特别适合于粘连严重或盲肠、腹膜后位的阑尾炎等困难情况下的阑尾切除手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate appendectomy. Methods From October 1996 the value of clinical use of mucosal removed to October 2006,67 cases of mucosal removed appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 67 cases of average operative time were 40 minutes and all cases were cured. No postoperative complications were found. Conclusion Mucosal removed appendectomy posseses a simplified manipulation, less trauma, a shorter operative time, postoperative prompt recovery and less complications. It is particularly suited to difficult appendectomy, such as severe adhesive or retrocecal, retroperitoneal appendicitis etc. |
