摘    要:在兔离体胸主动脉条,比较酚妥拉明(Phen),维拉帕米(Ver),forskolin(Fors)和cromakalim(Cro)等4种作用机理不同的扩血管药对高K 及去甲肾上腺素(NA)量效曲线的影响。结果表明,Phen使NA星效曲线平行右移是其区别于其它扩血管药的特点;Ver抑制高K -收缩明显大于其对NA-收缩的抑制。Fors和Cro抑制NA收缩的强度则远较抑制高K 一收缩为大,但Cro的IC50值明显大于Fors。

Abstract:The effects of phentolamine (Phen), verapamil (Ver), forskoline (Fors ) andcromakalim (Cro) on the dose-response curves for KCl or noradrenaline (NA) were comparedin rabbit aortic strips. The results suggested that, being different from the other three drugs,Phen shifted the dose-response curves for NA to the right in a parallel fashion. The inhibitingeffect of Ver on KCl-induced contraction was more Potent than that on NA-induced contraction.In contrast with Ver, the inhibiting effects of Fors and Cro on NA-induced contraction, weremere potent than that on KCl-induced contraction, hut the IC50 of Cro was higher significantlythan that of Fors.
