| 摘 要： | 用大剂量中药熟地、阿胶与西药鲨肝醇、利血生合用治疗放化疗所致白细胞减少症24例为中西组；用补气补血之中药八珍汤加减治疗同样患者24例为中药组。7d内白细胞数升至4．0×109／L为显效；8－10d为有效；11d以上为无效。结果总有效率中西组为79．2％，中药组为50％，两组升白效果比较中西组明显高于中药组（P＜0．05）。说明简化中药，加大剂量，配以适当西药可获得较好的升白疗效。

| Abstract: | 24 patients of leukopenia induced by Chemo-or Radiotherapy were treated bycombining high dose of Chinese medicine (colla) Corii Asini Radix Rehmanniae and westernmedicine Batili Alcohol teucogen. .Another 24 patients of leukopenia were beated with BaZhen Decotion, a Chinese herbal medicine. The total effective rate 79. 2% of the grouptreated with traditional and western medicine is higher than that of another group 50% (P <0. 05). The results indicated that the leukocytogenic effect of cornbining high dose traditionaland westem medicine was notable. |
