中西医治疗退变性腰椎侧凸症的进展

退变性腰椎侧凸症是引起老龄患者腰痛、下肢痛、间歇性跛行的重要原因,治疗上较单纯的腰椎退变性疾病要复杂,也存在较大的争论。本文综述了国内外中医保守治疗及西医手术治疗两方面相关资料,认为对该病的治疗首先应考虑用保守疗法,其中中医整脊推拿手法是治疗该病的精华特色。只有经保守治疗无效的患者,在全身状况允许下才可行手术治疗,但手术有较高的风险。手术方式有多种选择,必须在术前结合患者个体情况制定尽可能合理的手术方案。

Development In Chinese Medical Therapy and Western Medical Therapy for Degenerative Symptomatic Lumbar Scoliosis

Degenerative symptomatic lumbar scoliosis is the one of the important reasons about middle-aged and elderly for low back pain,lower limb pain,neurogenic intermittent claudication.It is more complex than purely lumber degenerative diseases in treatment and there is also considerable controversy.This paper has reviewed chinese conservative treatment and western medical operative treatment relevant informations and got the suggestions：this disease should be treated with conservative treatment at the beginning.Only by the conservative treatment is ineffectual the operative treatment is recommended.Thought there are many operative ways to be choiced it must be combined with individual cases to make reasonable operative plan before operation.
