| 摘 要： | 目的：为半月板损伤的影像学诊断提供形态学基础，方法：利用45侧成人膝部标本，分别制成片厚为5mm的横，矢和冠状连续断层，结果：详细描述了半月板及其相关结构的断面表现，测量了半月板前，后角，体部的厚度及其横，矢径，结论：半月板的最佳显示断面为矢状面。

Sectional anatomy study of the meniscus of the knee joint |

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide the morphological basis for the imaging diagnosis of the injured menisci. Methods : 45 sides of adult genicular specimens were used and serial transverse, sagittal, coronal sections of 5mm in thickness were made respectively. Results: The sectional appearances of the menisci and its related structures were described in detail, the thickness of the anterior, posterior horn, body and transverse, sagittal diameter of menisci were measured. Conclusion: The best displayed layer of the meniscus is sagittal section. |
