| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验优选地尔硫卓控释片处方组成，并对不同处方进行体外溶出试验，筛选出最佳处方Ａ２Ｂ１Ｃ１，质量达到《中国药典》１９９０年版要求，体外释放曲线符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程，本品属控制扩散模式释药，体外释药速率与处方中ＥＣ，硬脂酸比例有关，本品放置一年后，其溶出度无明显改变。

| Abstract: | The formulation for Diltiazem controlled release tablets was optimized by orthogo-nal test. The dissolution of products from different formulation was subjected to objective analysisand variance analysis and an optimum formulation was sieved out(A2BlCl),The quality of thecontrolled release tablets in this way was up to the standard.The drug dissolution behavior canbe described by Higuchi Equation and was mainly related to the proper ratio between Ethyl Cellu-lose and Cetylacetic Acid.After being preserved for more than one year,No obvious change indissolution profile was observed. |
