试论开展中药临床药学的必要性

本文对中药调剂工作中存在的问题、注意事项、剂型改革的意义、必要性和可能性作了阐述。结合中药临床研究现状,提出了中药临床研究中亟待加强和深化研究的问题。针对中药质量低的问题,提出重视中药质控和质控研究的意见。为保持和发扬中医药特色,提高临床用药水平,中药师走向临床与中医师携手合作。籍此阐明,为了进一步提高中药质量和药疗水平,开展中药临床药学工作是非常必要的。

On the Necessity of Developing Clinical Pharmacy of Chinese Materia Medica

This paper describes the existing problems, points for attention as well as the significance, necessity and possibility of reforming the drug form in pharmaceutical work of Chinese materia medica. Based on the present status of clinical research work of Chinese materia medica, we put forward some problems which need further intensifying. We should pay attention to the quality control of Chinese materia medica. The pharmaceutists should cooperat with doctor of traditional Chinese medicine to carry forward the level of Chinese medicine. It seems to be necessary to develop clinical pharmacy of Chinese materia medica so as to improve the quality of Chinese medicinal herbs and their effcacy.
