| 摘 要： | 目的 评价Ⅱ、Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌术前化疗加术后放疗的价值。方法 １９９０年６月 １９９３年１２月对５０例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌给予术前化疗和术后放疗,以同期５０例单纯手术治疗的肺癌患者作为对照。结果 实验组手术切除率和５年生存率是９２％和４２％,而对照组为８４％和２４％,两组的５年自下而上率有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。实验组淋巴结转移率（４５．７％）明显低于对照组（７８．６％）,差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．
