| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者1个月内的肺功能变化.方法 对53例稳定期COPD患者1个月内的肺通气功能和肺容积功能进行3次随访,随访时间间隔2周;数据处理采用配对资料t检验.结果 53例稳定期COPD患者3次随访所测定的肺功能结果无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 稳定期COPD患者的肺功能在1个月内相对稳定,短期内无明显变化.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of the patient's pulmonary function in a month who ale in steady-state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods To measure respective 53 patients'pulmonary ventilation function and pulmonary volume function every two weeks in a month who ale in steady-stale of COPD,to design the measured data into three teams and analyze them as pairs by t-test.Results The three teams pulmonary function data of the patient who are in steady-state of COPD have no difference obviously each other(P > 0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary function of the patient who is in steady-state of COPD is steady-going rel-atively in a month. |
