中医辨证施治联合华蟾素注射液治疗晚期肝癌30例

目的：观察中医辨证施治联合华蟾素注射液治疗晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法：选择原发性晚期肝癌患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予中医辨证施治联合华蟾素注射液治疗,对照组给予肝动脉导管灌注化疗栓塞术治疗。结果：两组疗效、生活质量、生存期及症状体征改善方面比较,治疗组均优于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论：中医辨证施治联合华蟾素注射液治疗晚期肝癌疗效明确,可提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。

30 Cases of Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer Treated with TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Cinobufotalin Injection

Objective：To observe the elinical effects of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with cinobufotalin injection in treating advanced liver cancer.Methods ：60 patients with primary advanced liver cancer were chosen and divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with cinobufotalin injection; While the ones in the control group received transcatheter hepatic arterial infuson chemotherapy and embolizaton in the treatment.Results：Iterms of two groups＇ curative effect,quality of life,survival period and the improvement of symptomks and signs ,the treatment group was better than the control group（allP〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：TCM syndrome differentiation combined with cinobufotalin injection in treating advanced liver cancer has good curative effects,which can improve patients＇ life quality and prolong their survival period.
