心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床研究

目的：观察心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法52例冠心病不稳定心绞痛的确诊病例按心绞痛分级随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组26例。对照组给予西药常规治疗，治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加服心脑宁胶囊，疗程为2周。观察治疗前后患者心绞痛疗效变化情况，心电图变化情况。结果心绞痛疗效评定，治疗组总有效率为73.1%，对照组为46.2%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后，治疗组硝酸甘油的停减率为80.8%，对照组为53.8%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后心电图显示治疗组中心电图显效9例，有效14例，无效3例，总有效率为88.5%；对照组显效5例，有效11例，无效10例，总有效率为61.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心脑宁胶囊结合西药治疗不稳定心绞痛，可以有效改善患者的临床症状，改善心电图表现，具有良好的治疗效果。

The clinical efficacy of Xinnaoning capsule on treatment of unstable angina of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinnaoning capsule on treatment of unstable angina of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty-two cases of coronary heart disease with confirmed unstable angina pectoris were selected. Patients were randomizely divided into the treatment group and the control group based on the grade of angina pectoris, 26 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treat-ment. In the treatment group, patients were treated with conventional therapy plus Xinnaoning capsule. The treatment dura-tion was 2 weeks. The changes in grading and ECG were observed in patients with angina pectoris before and after treat-ment. Results According to angina pectoris classification standard, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.1%, while that of the control group was 46.2%; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The dosage of nitroglycerin was changed in the two groups after treatment. Patients who could stop nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 80.8%, while that of the control group was 53.8%; the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, 9 patients had evident efficacy based on ECG electrocardiogram in the treatment group, 14 cases had somewhat efficacy and 3 cases had no efficiacy, so the total effective rate was 88.5%. While in the control group, 5 cases had evident efficacy, 11 cases had somewhat efficacy and 10 cases had no efficiacy, and the total effective rate was 61.5%; the difference of total effective rate was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xinnaoning capsule treatment of unstable angina may be effective in improving clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, and has a good therapeutic efficacy.
