| 摘 要： | 目的 了解肥胖与心脑血管疾病危险因素的关系,为采取针对性的预防措施提供依据.方法 从南宁市参加2006年度体检的40～65岁十部中抽取300名体检结果,分析BMI与血压、血脂、血糖的关系及超重、肥胖率与年龄的关联性.结果 不同BMI,血压、血脂、血糖水平也相应不同,超重组和肥胖组的舒张压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖水平均明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肥胖组的舒张压、甘油三酯水平均明显高于超重组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);超重和肥胖发生率随年龄的增加而增加(X2=7.0816,P<0.05).结论 开展肥胖干预,控制体重,是预防心脑血管疾病的重要措施. |
