北京市大学生健康素养调查

目的了解北京市大学生健康素养及其影响因素,为高校开展健康教育的内容和方式提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取全市6所高校共905名大学生,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行健康素养调查。结果具备健康素养大学生的比例为24.75%,其中基本健康知识和理念知晓率为41.77%,健康生活方式与行为形成率为13.37%,基本健康技能持有率为73.04%;医学生中具备健康素养的比例最高,为41.92%,其次是文科生,为18.01%,理工科学生最低,为12.55%。女生具备的比例为27.88%,高于男生的20.66%。来自于城市及城镇大学生具备健康素养的比例高于来自农村的大学生。学生专业、来源地与健康素养水平相关联。结论北京市大学生健康素养水平虽然高于全国城市居民15~25岁组人群的健康素养水平,但整体水平仍然偏低,健康生活方式与行为方面素养水平明显低于其他两方面的水平,应将健康素养的培养纳入到学生健康教育内容中,注重培养大学生的生活方式与行为方面的素养。

Survey of health literacy among college students in Beijing City
