我国重点人群重点传染病预防素养调查问卷信度效度评价

目的评价我国重点人群重点传染病预防素养调查问卷的信度和效度。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取北京市流动人口150人、湖北省中小学生120人、内蒙古牧区居民110人、湖北省洪涝灾害易发地区居民120人和宁夏贫困地区居民110人,进行两次重点传染病预防素养问卷调查,并对问卷进行信度、效度评价。结果 5类人群调查问卷的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.8,具有良好的内部一致性。各问卷的重测信度Spearman相关系数均大于0.6,各指标P值均小于0.01。结构效度因子分析显示提取公因子累计贡献率均大于50%,结构效度较为理想。结论本问卷的信度、效度良好,可用于重点人群重点传染病预防素养的调查。
