1550名河南省城市居民健康素养现状调查

目的初步了解河南省城市居民的健康素养状况,探讨影响城市居民健康素养的主要因素,为今后在城市开展健康教育和健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法共抽取研究对象1550名,用卫生部编制的《2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷》对研究对象进行现场入户调查。结果研究对象健康素养相关知识的平均知晓率为60.6%,在健康素养3方面中,对健康基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能的平均知晓率分别为61.7%、59.1%和61.8%。健康素养的具备率只有3.9%,其中健康基本知识与理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养为、健康技能素养的平均具备率分别为12.3%、3.2%和14.7%。影响该人群健康素养的主要因素为年龄、文化程度、职业和平均月收入状况。结论研究对象健康素养的具备率比较低,亟需在该人群中大力开展健康教育和健康促进工作,普及健康素养相关知识,提高居民的健康素养水平。

Health literacy survey in 1550 urban residents in Henan Province
