三峡库区农村中小学生健康知识与健康行为调查

目的了解三峡库区腹地——万州区农村中小学生健康知识与健康行为状况,分析农村中小学校健康教育工作中存在问题,倡导科学文明健康的生活方式,不断提高农村居民的健康水平和生活质量。方法制定统一的"农村中小学生健康知识知晓率调查表"与"农村中小学生健康行为形成率调查表",于2009年5～6月抽取万州区农村高级中学、初级中学、完全小学各1所,对其中850名学生进行健康知识与健康行为问卷调查。结果共调查843人,10道健康知识总知晓率72.36%(6100/8430),其中高中生健康知识知晓率69.68%,初中生健康知识知晓率70.20%,小学生健康知识知晓率78.49%;10道健康行为总形成率79.28%(6683/8430),其中高中生健康行为形成率78.15%,初中生健康行为形成率79.32%,小学生健康行为形成率80.67%。结论万州区农村中小学生健康行为形成率高于健康知识知晓率,且部分健康知识知晓情况较低,建议采取有效措施,不断增强农村中小学生健康素养与健康知识意识。

Survey on the health knowledge and behavior of students in Sanxia rural area
