大学毕业生的状态焦虑与自我效能感及社会支持的关系

摘    要:目的探索大学毕业生状态焦虑与自我效能感和社会支持的关系。方法以597名大学毕业生为研究对象,以一般自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表、状态焦虑量表为测量工具,通过t检验、相关分析和回归分析进行统计分析。结果低焦虑组和高焦虑组的自我效能感总分分别为29.42±5.58分,24.07±5.78分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。低焦虑组和高焦虑组的社会支持总分分别为40.70±4.91分,37.99±6.15分,前者显著高于后者(P<0.01)。状态焦虑与自我效能、社会支持的相关系数分别为-0.46和-0.20,两者都具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。自我效能感、社会支持进入了以状态焦虑为因变量的回归方程,回归系数分别为-0.680和-0.240。结论低焦虑组自我效能感和社会支持显著高于高焦虑组,自我效能感、社会支持与状态焦虑之间存在显著的负相关。自我效能感、社会支持和文理科专业背景是状态焦虑显著的预测变量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between state anxiety and self-efficacy, social support of college seniors. Methods GSES, SSRS and SAI were used to assess self-efficacy, social support and state anxiety for 597 graduate students. Data was analyzed by t-Text, correlation and regression statistical methods. Results The scores of self-efficacy of lower and higher state anxiety group were 29.42± 5.58, 24.07 ± 5.78 respectively. The difference between two groups was significant. The scores of social support of lower and higher state anxiety group were 40. 70 ±4. 91, 37.99 ± 6. 15 respectively. The former significantly exceeded the later group. The correlation coefficients of state anxiety and self- efficacy, state anxiety and social support were -0. 46 and -0. 20 respectively, which were significant. Self-efficacy and social support, that regression coefficient were - 0. 680 and - 0. 240 respectively, influenced state anxiety in regression equation. Conclusion Self-efficacy and social support of lower state anxiety group exceeded that of higher state anxiety group. There were significant correlations between self-efficacy, social support and state anxiety. State anxiety was signifi- cantly predicted by self-efficacy, social support and arts or science background.
