| 摘 要： | 目的 观察滋阴补肾方对肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 对42例肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者采用滋阴补肾方治疗，治疗1个月后，观察治疗前后主要证候积分变化情况，并评价临床疗效。结果 42例患者愈显率为90．48％；中医证候总积分较治疗前降低（P〈0．01）。结论 滋阴补肾方可有效用于治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of "Ziyin Bushen Decoction" in treating perimenopausal syndrome differentiated with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 42 patients were enrolled and received "Ziyin Bushen Decoction",daily for one month.Symptom scores were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results Cure and marked effective rate was 90.48%,and the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment was lowered after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion "Ziyin Bushen Decoction" is effective in ... |
