| 摘 要： | 以PEG提取的血清IgG刺激正常人甲状腺细胞cAMP的生成测定TSAb。GD未治组和复发组TSAb活性与阳性率均显著高于GD 缓解组、单纯甲状腺肿组、对照组;GD 缓解组TSAb 活性与阳性率明显降低,但仍高于单纯甲状腺肿组和对照组;后两组TSAb 活性相似,且TSAb 均为阴性。提示TSAb 与GD 的发生和转归密切相关;本法检测TSAb 具有较高的敏感性和特异性。

| Abstract: | Thyroid stimulating antibody(TSAb)activity was expressedin terms of cAMP formed in thyroid acinar cells upon stimulation by serumIgG(?)extracted with PEG.In groups of untreated or relapsed Grave's disease(GD),the positive rate and activity of TSAb were much higher than thoseof GD in remission,simple goitre and controls.In group of GD withremission,TSAb activity and positive rate were markedly reduced,however,they are still higher than those in simple goitre and controls.TSAbactivities were similar in latter two groups.The results suggested thatTSAb activity was closely related to the occurrence and remission of GD.The method we used was specific with high sensitivity. |
