摘    要:目的:体外定量检测牙科NiCrBe合金材料离子析出的情况,分析不同浸泡液的影响,为牙科合金的临床应用提供参考。方法:电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)分别检测浸泡于生理盐水或人工唾液中不同时间段的离子析出量。结果:镍离子在盐水中析出量多于人工唾液中的析出量。析出量随浸泡时间延长而增多,两组中1,3,7d析出量无显著差异,但第85d析出量明显增多。结论:浸泡时间与浸泡液种类都是影响合金材料离子析出的重要因素。长时间段离子析出的检测可预测合金的远期生物相容性。

Abstract:Objective In vitro tests for obtaining quantitative elemental release of NiCrBe alloy. Analyse the function of different extraction medium on elemental release. Provide data for further clinical use of such alloy. Method The elemental release of each metal ion after immersion in different media: 0.9% saline and artificial saliva of different time were measured by ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry). Result More Nickel release was detected in saline than in artificial saliva. With the extension of immersion time, more elements were detected, within a week such differences caused by time were not prominent but elemental release increased dramaticly in the 85 day test in both groups. Conclusion Immersion time and the type of immersion medium are important factors affecting the total elemental release of each metal ion. Long-term assays can predict the long-tem biocompatibility of a certain alloy.
