摘    要:目的探讨平扫三维时间飞跃-扰相梯度回波(three-dimensional time-of-flight spoiled gradient recalled acquisition in the steadystate, 3D TOF- SPGR)在伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛中的定位价值。方法将60例原发性三叉神经痛的病人,随机分成两组:试验组(平扫3DTOF—SPGR)与对照组(增强3DTOF—SPGR),每组30例。分别行平扫3DTOF—SPGR与增强3DTOF—SPGR检查并进行伽玛刀术前定位。结果在伽玛刀治疗原发性三叉神经痛中,平扫3DTOF—SPGR与增强3DTOF—SPGR的术前定位效果一致,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论平扫3DTOF—SPGR定位在原发性三叉神经痛的伽玛刀治疗中经济实用,有效率高,无需行增强扫描.对提供术前评估和指导治疗有重要意义。

Localization value of 3D TOF-SPGR in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with Gamma Knife

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the localization value of three-dimensional time-of-flight spoiled gradient recalled acquisition in the steady-state (3D TOF-SPGR) in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) with Gamma Knife. Methods Sixty patients with PTN were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 in each. The patients in experimental group were examined with plain scanning 3D TOF-SPGR and the control group with enhanced scanning respectively before Gamma Knife treatment. The localization effects were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the localization effect for PTN treatment by Gamma Knife between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The plain scanning 3D TOF-SPGR is cost-saving and effective in the treatment of PTN by Gamma Knife. There is no necessity to perform enhanced scanning further. 3D TOF-SPGR plays an important role in the preoperative assessment of Gamma Knife operation and guiding the treatment of PTN.
