摘    要:目的探寻一种创伤小、对神经功能影响小的验证兔脑血管痉挛的造影方法。方法将24只新西兰兔随机分为对照组及实验组,均建造蛛网膜下腔出血模型,对照组兔经股动脉行椎动脉造影,而实验组经左锁骨下动脉行椎动脉造影。比较两组兔造影前后Endo神经功能分级、造影所需时间、造影剂剂量及基底动脉电镜下结构。结果两组兔均成功建立脑血管痉挛模型。对照组兔造影后Endo神经功能分级及所需造影剂剂量较实验组高(P〈0.05);造影剂剂量与造影后Endo分级呈正相关(r=0.913,P〈0.05)。电镜结构显示:对照组基底动脉内膜损伤明显。结论经锁骨下动脉兔脑血管造影对兔脑血管损伤小,术后神经功能受损轻微,可能成为替代经股动脉方式验证兔脑血管痉挛的造影方法。

Comparison of two cerebral angiographic procedures for verifying cerebral vasospasm in rabbits

Abstract:Objective To explore a cerebral angiography with minimal invasiveness and little influence on neurological function for verifying cerebral vasospasm in rabbits.Methods Twenty-four New Zealand White rabbits were divided into control group and experimental group randomly,and established into subarachnoid hemorrhage model.Control group received vertebral artery angiography through the femoral artery,while experimental group through left subclavian artery.Endo neurological function scale before and after cerebral angiography,the time length for cerebral angiography,dose of contrast medium and structure of the basilar artery under electron microscope were compared.Results Cerebral vasospasm model after subarachnoid hemorrhage was established successfully in each group.The Endo neurological function scale and contrast dose were higher in control group than in experimental group(P 0.05),and the contrast dose showed a positive correlation with Endo neurological function scale after angiography(r = 0.913,P 0.05).Electron microscopy showed obvious intimal damage of the basilar artery in control group.Conclusions Cerebral angiography through subclavian artery has little damage to vessels and neurological function,and may become a better method instead of cerebral angiography via femoral artery for verifying cerebral vasospasm in rabbits.
