| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2009年深圳市B型流感病毒的系统进化及分子变异情况。
方法 对2009年深圳市分离的B型流感病毒的时间分布进行统计分析,并通过MEGA等软件对其HA1基因的系统进化及分子变异情况进行研究。
结果 深圳市2009年1-10月均有B型流感病毒流行,3-5月为流行高峰;Victoria系分支D的毒株是优势流行株;与2008 - 2009年度的国际疫苗株相比,Victoria和Yamagata系的HA1分子在其抗原决定簇区均出现了多个氨基酸位点的变异。
结论 2009年深圳市B型流感病毒的流行时间长,一些氨基酸位点的变异并没有导致一个新流行株系的形成。
