| 摘 要： | 气候因素对传染病的流行产生重要影响。霍乱的流行具有季节性和一定的自然疫源性,气候和环境因素在霍乱的流行和大流行中起驱动作用。霍乱流行的时间序列分析和数学模型显示,气候因素和人群的免疫水平是决定霍乱流行的重要因素,厄尔尼诺等极端气候变化与霍乱暴发流行密切相关。本文从生态学、流行病学、统计学、数学模型等方面概述了气候和环境因素在霍乱流行中起的作用,并阐述了其对霍乱控制的意义。
