肝靶向氧化苦参碱毫微粒制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选肝靶向氧化苦参碱毫微粒的制备工艺.方法采用乳化聚合法制备,以毫微粒的包封率作为考察指标,系统观察法优化最佳制备工艺.结果采用该制备工艺得到的毫微粒粒子均匀圆整,平均粒径在100~200nm之间,包封率较高,平均为87.06%.结论该工艺稳定可行,可作为肝靶向氧化苦参碱毫微粒生产工艺的参考.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the process for preparing liver- targeted oxymatrine nanoparticles (LTON).Methods LTON was prepared with emulsive polymerization method.Inclusion rate and outward appearance of the nanoparticles were used as the optimized indexes.Results LTON was uniform and round; the average diameter ranged from 100 to 200 nm and the inclusion ratio was 87.06 % .Conclusion This process is stable and feasible.
