硒对大骨节病区儿童肾脏磷代谢的影响

摘    要:本文通过测定大骨节病区、服硒病区及非病区儿童的血、尿磷及尿硒含量,计算了磷廓清率、尿磷排泄率、肾小球滤过磷、肾小管重吸收磷及重吸收百分率。结果表明:尿硒病区组低于其他两组;血、尿磷及尿硒排泄率病区组显著低于服硒病区组;尽管三组间滤过磷及重吸收磷百分比无显著性差异,但服硒病区组滤过磷较其他两组呈增高,重吸收磷百分率呈降低趋势。这些说明硒对病区儿童磷代谢有明显影响。

Abstract:Phosphorus (P) contents of plasma and urine as well as urinary Se were determined and renal plasma P clearance (Cp), P excretion rate(Ep), P glomerular filtration rate (Fp) and P tubular reabsorption ratio (Ap) were calculated based on above data in children from an en-demic area, a Se-fortified endemic area and a non-endemic area. Results showed that urinary Se of endemic children was the lowest in the three groups, Ep in Se-fortified endemic children increased contrasted with the other two groups, and that there were not significant differences in other parameters above mentioned among the three groups but there existed tendencies to incerease in Fp and decrease in Ap of Se-fortified endemic children, those indicated that there was significant effect of Se on the P metabolism of endemic children.
